My experience at this office has been overall pretty good. The doctor is friendly, direct, and very professional. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also professional and did a great job. If I had to mention anything that wasn’t so positive, it would be the X‑ray process. The X‑ray tech doesn’t seem to listen when I explain that the large connector hurts and that I need the smaller one. Each time, she insists, “This is the one we use,” which makes the experience uncomfortable. The front desk also feels like it’s run more like a business than a welcoming environment, and they aren’t very friendly. But overall, my experience with the doctor has been a good one.

Dr Hansen is the best dentist! 10/10 for sure. She’s patient and gentle, actually listens to my concerns. Additionally she’s familiar with how my autoimmune disease affects my teeth and helps guide my care appropriately. I’ve been here 6 yrs and been to 4 dentists trying to find someone who compares to my dentist at home. I finally found her! Can’t recommend Dr Hansen enough!!!

Treated right away from a very caring individual who did a great job explaining what I needed done and how she was going to do it.
